Pay: Up to £115 per day

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join one of our client schools in Rotherham. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes and ensure a productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Implement lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
- Manage student behaviour and ensure classroom discipline.
- Support students in their learning activities and address any questions or issues they may have.
- Maintain classroom order and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience in an educational setting preferred but not essential.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Please Note: This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
