Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus highly competitive bonus and benefits

We are seeking an ambitious and hard-working individual to join our team as the Sales Manager of our Internal Sales Team based in Oldbury during this exciting time of growth.

Purpose of the Role:

As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing sales activities, and leading a dedicated team of Internal Sales Consultants from our strategically important Oldbury Sales Centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Leadership: Leading the teams across the sales, customer service, and technical functions to ensure superb sales performance by achieving targets, spotting opportunities and delivering excellence.
  • Instilling Sales Best Practices into the teams by coaching, developing and reinforcing good sales disciplines.
  • Leading the team in identifying and exploring new revenue potential and opportunities including thorough qualification, upselling, cross-selling, and development of the Flowtech brand.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and promote opportunities to enhance internal processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Produce and utilize reports to increase team performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with Customer Services to improve satisfaction and lead by example in delivering exceptional service.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients thus improving customer retention and growth.
  • Utilize company technologies to enhance operational efficiency and create customer-facing value.
  • Holding daily check-ins and weekly team meetings to review and plan activity, address issues, share success and maintain focus on a robust sales ethos.
  • Uphold service standards while ensuring absolute compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Personal Development: Create and implement personal development plans for each team member.

Essential Requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building, listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive revenue and margin growth through effective team management.
  • Commitment to high service standards and good sales disciplines.
  • Good with people
  • Minimum of 3 year's sales experience with 1 year's sales leadership experience
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Tenacious
