About the Role:
As a FOH Hospitality Coach, you'll be more than just a mentor. You'll be a trusted advisor, motivator, and guide, helping individuals unlock their potential and excel in their hospitality careers. Whether it's coaching new team members or supporting seasoned professionals, your focus will be on ensuring their growth and development. Training will be provided.
What You'll Do:
- Coach & Inspire: Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, empowering individuals to build confidence and refine their skills.
- Tailored Guidance: Create personalized development plans based on each learner's strengths, goals, and career aspirations.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate best practices in hospitality, ensuring learners understand both the technical and customer service sides of the business.
- Monitor Progress: Track learner progress, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Foster Passion: Instill a love for hospitality in others, making sure that every learner feels motivated and excited about their career journey.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 Qualification in a relevant hospitality or training field (essential).
- Experience in the hospitality industry with hands-on knowledge.
- A passion for helping others succeed and grow in their careers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with learners from all walks of life.
- The ability to adapt coaching styles to different learning needs.
- Able to drive and have your own vehicle (mileage will be covered)
