Select Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer based near Attleborough, currently seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Team Leader to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs: Lead and coordinate frontline maintenance, breakdown response, improvement projects, and preventative maintenance.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality from farm to fork.
- Operational Efficiency: Work closely with production to prioritise tasks, minimise downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification
- Proven experience in engineering, including team leadership
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and relevant engineering standards
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical abilities and technical knowledge
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as a Shift Leader or similar managerial role

Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH)
