HR Manager

Are you a highly motivated HR professional looking to join an ambitious and growing medium sized business based out of their Bristol HQ?

They are a commercially focused engineering business who are looking to strengthen and develop their HR function to have a positive impact across the business.

As HR Manager you will be responsible for:

  • HR Strategy and processes development and implementation
  • Success Management and training
  • HR Business Partnering
  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Ad hoc HR projects and Admin

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Hard working, highly motivated and self starting
  • Confident stakeholder manager

This is a highly varied and involved role to support business growth and maintaining high performance. There are lots of opportunity for future development and progression as you become more embedded in the position.

Salary

£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits
