Your new company and role
This role is with Hays' large private sector client based in Fife. The organisation requires an experienced consultant with expertise in business and data analytics to assist them on their journey towards digitised, single input documentation. As things stand, their documentation is quite convoluted and requires streamlining to bring it into a more user-friendly state.
This role will be 3 months initially, with the potential to extend beyond. The role will be worked on a hybrid-working basis.
What you'll need to succeed
- Business expertise to analyse current processes and identify key requirements to achieve the end goal
- Work with the business to identify potential improvements to process efficiency and time savings
- Data expertise, particularly well versed with Microsoft Excel as their current documentation is managed on Excel
- Experience with alternative tools would be beneficial
- Able to adopt a consultative approach with the client throughout their journey
- Prior experience in engineering/manufacturing would be beneficial
