As a Senior Software Engineer with proficiency in Golang (Go), you will be collaborating in a multi-disciplinary squad to enhance the functionality of the customer-focused product. You will be working on the back-end technology, using a product-thinking approach when designing solutions.
The Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this Senior Software engineer position will have experience:
- Designing, building, and maintaining back-end infrastructure and code.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data and product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Writing Golang code to improve functionality
- Conducting document, test and exploratory work
- Translating business requirements into team requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal Senior Software Engineer will have experience with:
- Writing complex Golang (Go) code to a high level.
- Multi-cloud environments of GCP (and AWS).
- Other coding languages such as Java, Python and Scala
- Kafka for the message queue
- Kubernetes and Docker
- Reading React
