Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Student Facilities Assistant for our client based in Cardiff who provide student accommodation.
Pay:
£12.29 per hour.
City Centre location
The successful candidate will need to be available for an immediate start and must be available till the end of October.
Job duties to include: -
- Carrying out day to day support for students within the accommodation.
- Mail and Parcel sorting ready for delivery in the accommodation block.
- Dealing with any issues students may have within the accommodation.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of the customers
- Daily checks of the accommodation block
- Dealing with any check ins and check outs.
- Additional administration duties such as completion of letters and email, updating spreadsheets and bookings systems.
Location: C
ardiff City Centre
Hours of work:
7am to 3pm and 2pm to 10pm.
Shift Pattern:
5 out of 7 days.
