Your Role:
As an Administration Support professional, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring smooth processes and top-notch customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Speak with varied customers, taking clear and detailed information.
- Data Management: Input and manage workload with precision.
- Order Processing: Prioritise and manage the orders process efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Focus on solutions to manage positive outcomes for our clients.
- Communication: Utilise your strong communication skills to liaise with team members and customers effectively.
What They're Looking For:
- At least 18 months of office administration experience.
- Comfortable working with software systems.
- High-level customer service experience, particularly on the phone.
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Proactive and solution-focused with a strong work ethic.
