- Has strong administration experience, ideally with some experience within marketing/recruitment
- Is computer literate, particularly with internet search and MS Office suite
- Has high attention to detail to accurately enter data
- Has excellent organisations skills with the ability to handle a varied workload
- Has the ability to work independently and show initiative
- Has fantastic social skills and is confident conversing both over the phone and in person
- Has the ability to communicate in Welsh (desirable)
