We're looking for a Payroll Specialist
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Vast payroll experience gained in either a professional practice, bureau or in-house environment
- You will have a strong grasp of pension schemes, HMRC compliance, Payroll Giving, Cycle to Work, and other payroll-specific functions
- Vast experience of payroll systems-able to navigate complex processes with confidence and precision
- An eye for detail and a love for efficient, accurate processes
- Exceptional organisation skills and a systematic approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with outsourced payroll providers
- Solid month-end process knowledge to ensure financial accuracy and timely account reconciliation
- International payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential
