About the Role:

As a Service Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards. Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for meeting service delivery targets, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that your team is motivated and well-trained. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both people and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations and service delivery within your site or service area.
  • Ensure tasks are completed according to the work planner, managing any necessary re-routing.
  • Conduct site visits, carry out quality assurance checks, and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Lead, develop, and support your team, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and all relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams and engage with customers and suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential: Experience in people management and leading operational or service delivery teams, with a strong focus on KPIs and targets.
  • Desirable: Experience with quality management processes, stakeholder management, and knowledge of the washroom or consumable industry.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with a detailed and organised approach to work.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
