Seven Resourcing are currently looking for 2x Neighbourhood Housing Officers to work within Gateshead. Your role would be to deliver a comprehensive customer focused and response tenancy and estate management service to sustain tenancies. You will also be support tenants and helping create safe and clean sustainable neighbourhoods.

Rate: This role is paying £19.46 per hour.
Hours: Full time hours.
Essential Knowledge:
- Knowledge of housing and social issues
- Knowledge of equality and diversity within the workplace
Desirable Knowledge:
- Knowledge of housing related legislation
- knowledge of welfare reform
- knowledge of value for money principles
Essential Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE'S A - C or 9 - 4 including Maths and English or relevant demonstratable experience.
- Evidence of continual professional development and a willingness to undertake additional training as required.
Compliance:
- 3 years referencing
- Right to Work
- Enhanced DBS
