Role Responsibilities
- Managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, for companies across a range of industries
- Leading audit fieldwork and supervising junior team members, ensuring audits are completed within deadlines
- Reviewing statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with FRS 102 and IFRS
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and ensure smooth audit delivery
- Managing client relationships, becoming a key point of contact and trusted advisor
- Preparing detailed audit reports for management, highlighting risks and offering practical recommendations for improvement
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff, helping them develop their skills and progress in their careers

Candidate Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or nearly qualified)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in audit, preferably within a UK-based accountancy firm
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102, IFRS, and UK auditing standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in supervising and training junior staff is desirable
- Proficiency in using audit software and Microsoft Office products
