Salary: 30-40K OTE: 10-15K per year

A proven track record in a Recruitment role where you can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Active listening skills, empathy and the ability to tailor your message and offer solutions that meet customer needs.
- Likable, approachable and able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A good problem solver, able to read situations, adapt, think on your feet and act fast.
