Viewpoint Business Analyst

£500 to £600 Per Day - Outside IR35

Location: Role can be home based/remote - candidate must be UK based Duration: Initial 3 months

Start: October 2024

Our thriving Business Management Consultancy client has an exciting contract opportunity to join the team as a Senior Viewpoint Business Analyst, to serve as the pivotal link between technology and the wider business, by optimizing the ViewPoint system landscape within the business.

The successful candidate MUST have significant and recent Viewpoint Entity Management experience to be considered.

The role involves detailed business analysis, delivery of requirements catered for business & IT, solution design and problem solving. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in e.g. business, IT.

Scope -

  • Independently conduct end to end quality and timely business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in business and IT for requirement gathering, solution design and implementation
  • Effectively manage the prioritisation and delivery of own backlog with accountability. This can include both BAU and projects

Essential Experience and Skills -

  • Direct ViewPoint product expertise: Strong functional, (technical – a plus) of Entity Management
  • Client Service Knowledge: Knowledge of the entity management client service offering, products, operational processes, data and controls
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiar with available technologies relevant to the component(s) e.g. direct experience of ViewPoint application (a plus) and in key Microsoft applications
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to adapt language and communication style to suit the intended recipient
  • Planning and Organization: Effective planning and organizational skills to manage competing time and priorities
  • Business Analysis: Advanced business analysis skills to understand business needs and gather requirements in a structured manner
  • Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute meaningfully to solution design, ensuring due regard to the business perspective
  • Requirements and Process documentation: Competency in efficient requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively on project / BAU simultaneously
  • Global Experience: Experience of working with global technical teams and applications in a services-based organization
