My client is a well-established international business based in Cardiff who are looking for a dedicated individual to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recovering unpaid invoices and ensuring clients' financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of debts and implement effective collection strategies
- Contact debtors to negotiate payment terms and resolve outstanding balances
- Liaise with third-party debt collectors and legal representatives
- Analyse collection data and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in debt collection, preferably within the B2B environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
