Your role as an Operations Specialist:

You will be working in our UK office (London) to deliver excellent service to our club partners as well as our customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will play a key role and will be responsible for and involved in the full operations.

A regular day at the office consists of:

Managing the in- and outflow of shirts from football clubs and clients all over the world, making sure all shirts are provided with a Fabricks chip (NFC chip) and are authenticated, communicating with our couriers, providing excellent customer service, managing all physical and digital operations for our auctions and and helping out improving our current inventory inventory and logistic processes to optimise the organisation's efficiency. In other words, an all-round operations role!

Being part of our operations team requires being precise, resourceful and able to take on responsibility.

What we expect from you:

  • Right to live and work in the UK. We do not provide visa sponsorships at present.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of Logistics, Online Retailing, Operations, Customer Support or similar.
  • Experience with 3rd party outsourced logistics, warehousing, courier services, freight forwarding, contract manufacturing is a pre.
  • Having dealt with or managed import/export processes is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English - any other language would be an advantage.
  • You are flexible and well-organised, ready to join a fast-growing organisation

Our procedure consists of four rounds:

  1. Getting to know each other - introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
  2. Assessment round: an assessment (homework, 2 hours max.)
  3. Full interview with the Operations Manager (located in Amsterdam)
  4. Full interview with London based colleagues at the office
  5. Final conversation with the Hiring Manager (located in Amsterdam)
