Lettings Manager, Sevenoaks - £40k+ OTE

My client, a well-established and highly respected estate agency in the Sevenoaks district is on the hunt for a dynamic professional to lead their lettings department.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Generate and secure business from landlords and tenants with confidence.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Deliver exceptional service tailored to client needs.
- Arrange and conduct valuations and viewings, and negotiate lets.
- Handle tenancy agreements, serve notices, and ensure properties meet safety standards.
What We're Looking For: -
- ARLA qualified with a minimum of five years' recent experience.
- Passionate about delivering a superb, professional, and friendly service.
- Positive, can-do mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
- Proficient in IT and familiar with property management software.
- Full UK driving license required.
