Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to play a pivotal role in a growing financial services business?

We are recruiting for a highly successful and expanding financial services company, known for its expertise and reputation across multiple sectors. As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to enhance its financial planning division and is seeking a dynamic and proactive IFA Administrator to join its team.

The Role:
Working closely with the Managing Director, who is also a leading Financial Planner, you will play an integral role in supporting the development and success of the financial planning proposition. This is a hands-on, varied, and rewarding position within a thriving business environment. As the financial planning department grows, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to its success, shape processes, and be involved in a broad range of administrative and client-support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to the Managing Director and financial planning team.
  • Preparing and processing new business applications and client documentation.
  • Liaising with clients and product providers to handle queries and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assisting with compliance and ensuring all documentation adheres to FCA guidelines.
  • Managing and maintaining client records, updating CRM systems, and producing regular reports.
  • Supporting the preparation of client review packs and coordinating client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning environment is essential.
  • A strong understanding of financial products, such as pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.

This is a unique opportunity to become a key part of a growing financial planning division within an established financial services business. You will work directly with senior leadership, gain exposure to complex client cases, and have the chance to progress your career as the department continues to expand.
