Purchase Ledger Clerk Part Time

RG Consultancy are working with a steadily growing SME who are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part time basis. You will join a small friendly finance team of a family run business and report back to the Financial Controller. This is a part time role offering flexible working hours to suit your needs.

  • Flexible working hours (5 days a week or condensed hours into 3 days)

The Role

  • Purchase ledger, processing purchase orders, delivery notes and purchase invoices
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Checking supplier statement and liaising with supplied with any invoice queries
  • Liaising with purchasing department with order queries
  • Any other adhoc admin task which may be required. E.g Filing, photocopying and answering the phone

The Person

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a Purchase Ledger or similar role
  • Experience with SAGE 50 is preferred
  • CIS experience is highly desirable
