Customer Service Administrator
The Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring every request is managed efficiently and with a personal touch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Preparing quotations for spare parts based on materials identified from engineer service reports, customer-owned equipment inspections, and customer enquiries.
- Maintaining and updating the Customer Relations Database in line with CRM guidelines.
- Processing customer orders and updating all necessary databases, including creating purchase orders.
- Arranging equipment for offshore inspections.
- Booking training courses for offshore engineers.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management to support the team and business objectives.
