As a Year 3/4 Class Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons, imparting knowledge and fostering understanding.
- Differentiate instruction effectively to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess student progress in line with statutory requirements.
- Establish clear rules and routines for behaviour.
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment rooted in mutual respect.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
- Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
