Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
Salary: 24-5k
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a C ustomer Service Advisor to join our client's successful team in Bedford.
About our client:
A Bedford Based Insurance Brokers , Providing Personal Lines & Commercial Insurance Nationwide.
About the role:
You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, complete general administration & help the business grow & work more efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
- Contacting potential clients & creating rapport by networking, referrals etc
- Responding to email & social media queries
- Implementing effective Marketing strategies to sell new Insurance products or adjust existing products
- Generate sales leads
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions
- Working towards KPIs
Benefits:

What we would like from you:

- Experience in Insurance would be advantageous however full training will be provided
