Salary: £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience

Join a dynamic and leading company in the Civil Engineering and Construction industry as a Contract Support Administrator. This role is based in Pulborough and offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and completing qualifying questionnaires
  • Compiling essential month-end client reports
  • Efficiently managing in-house systems and schedules
  • Creating crucial job numbers and safety processes
  • Streamlining invoice processing and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with annual COSHH and Policy reviews, as well as updating necessary folders
  • Handling and processing valuable client feedback
  • Coding invoices for approval and accurately inputting them into Sage
  • Managing and elevating social media presence by creating engaging posts and sharing captivating photos

  • Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with managers, skilled workers, customers, and suppliers
  • A team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues across different teams
  • Drive and determination to achieve results, demonstrating adaptability and enthusiasm in addressing changing priorities
  • Confident and friendly customer service approach, delivering positive and prompt responses to customer inquiries
  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with Sage Accounts would be advantageous. A strong ability to conduct basic calculations is essential.
