An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join a well established lettings agency in North Leeds.
The successful candidate will work alongside our current experienced lettings negotiator and provide assistance and support with the following:
- Handling enquiries, arranging viewings and booking appointments
- Create new contracts online and send and chase all relevant paperwork to prospective tenants via email
- Managing the diary
- Handling queries or problems that may arise relating to our tenancies via email and on the phone
- Organising repairs and ensuring these are carried out to company time-scales using our online portal FixFlo
- Ensuring deposits are properly logged and all legislation met
- Able to undertake viewings if required
About you
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to respond quickly and efficiently
- Previous experience from within the property management/lettings preferred however other transferable skills also considered.
- Full UK Driving Licence
This is an extremely fast paced environment meaning the successful candidate will need to be both confident and resilient in their approach. Standard hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with a requirement to work later at peak times.
There will also be a requirement to work Saturdays on a rota basis for which time off in lieu will be given.

Pay: £23,800.00-£24,500.00 per year
