The Role:

HAYNE is one of the leading companies in our field of expertise, both in applications and wider Microsoft solutions. We are looking to hire a talented Sales Development Representative and Sales Support Professional to join our team and you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales executives through outbound prospecting activities. You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, representing our company and creating a positive first impression.

The Candidate:

  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
  • Work with the in-house marketing team to nurture email campaigns and social selling.
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment.
  • Ideally have experience using prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Have a working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • You love using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement.
  • Background of customer interaction from working in a front-line role e.g. in hospitality, catering or retail will be viewed favourably.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Work with the wider sales team to manage sales pipeline, maintaining impeccable administration and ensuring your activity is kept up to date in MS Dynamics, our CRM.
