About the Job:
As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing debt collection and resolving account queries to ensure smooth financial processes. The role demands strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams, along with a meticulous attention to detail.
Duties will include:
- Managing cash collection via phone and email.
- Recording and allocating daily cash to customer accounts.
- Advising on and reviewing credit limits for new and existing customers.
- Monitoring and releasing held orders while following the company's credit policies.
- Liaising with credit insurers and providing monthly analysis on key accounts.
- Supporting internal and external audits and assisting the Finance team with various tasks.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial credit control, with experience managing large accounts. Proficiency in SAP, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and reconcile complex accounts are essential.
