Your role will involve:
- Conducting Section 17 Single Assessments and Section 47 enquiries.
- Facilitating safety planning and participating in strategy discussions.
- Responding to new referrals from professionals and the public.
- Working closely with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for at-risk children.
You'll support children and families from the initial referral until cases transfer to other teams, ensuring consistent, focused care during their most crucial times.
About You: You are a qualified, registered social worker with experience and a commitment to making a positive difference. Having completed your ASYE, you bring both passion and expertise to the forefront of your practice, with the ability to:
- Build strength-based relationships with children, young people, and families.
- Communicate effectively, engage with diverse communities, and provide strong analytical support.
- Make confident, well-supported decisions in delivering effective social care.
