An opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance/Technical Support Officer in the Birkenhead area to assist the New Product Manager with Safety Data Sheets and labels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with product COSHH assessments and product costings.
- Liaise with the purchasing team and clients.
- Provide support for various technical documentation requirements such as Product Specifications, Batch Manufacturing Records, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a science field or related discipline.
- Ability to understand and follow written procedures with a methodical approach to duties.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new skills.
- Proficiency in standard software packages (Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-working skills.
