Description

As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and developing new business from existing clients
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics

Profile

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in the Business Services sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
