Job Summary

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving growth through data-driven strategies? Would you like to work for an extremely established, well-known DTC subscription brand that pride themselves on high-quality products and committed to sustainability, innovation and providing outstanding customer service. Our client has ambitious growth plans so it's a really exciting time to join the business!

As Head of Acquisition you'll own, establish and deliver all aspects of the customer acquisition strategy across brand building, content, performance and offline marketing. You'll lead a team of channel specialists to execute campaigns across paid search, social media (organic and paid), display, affiliates, partnerships, direct mail, OOH and events, and play a pivotal role in scaling their customer base, optimising marketing spend and ensuring their brand resonates with their target audience.

Location & Workplace Policy

  • Central London
  • Hybrid working, 1-2 days office (flexible)

Salary & Benefits

  • £80,000 - £90,000 plus annual bonus
