Description
As the Junior Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Processing credit notes
- Coding invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries - email & phone
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assisting with payment runs when required
Profile
In order to be considered for the Junior Accounts Assistant role, you must:
- Have ideally some experience within finance OR have a passion for numbers
- Be immediately available
- Be confident talking on the phone
- Be able to use Excel & other systems confidently
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to work with high volumes
