Care Coordinator
Your duties will vary and include:
- Scheduling rotas on a daily basis, ensuring a good match between clients and carers whilst considering travel time.
- Bidding on care packages
- Generating new private business
- Meeting KPI targets
- Liaising with staff, other care professionals, clients and family members
- Taking part on a weekly on-call rota (to include 1 in 3 weekends)
- Quality assurance monitoring
- Emergency care call cover
- Other duties as requested by the Registered Manager
