are partnering with a PE Backed scaling B2B Design business in the East Midlands.
This business has expanded its footprint internationally and is now seeking to add an experienced
CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
to its leadership team.
As the
CFO
, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the company's continued growth. Here are some key responsibilities for this position:
- Financial Leadership: You'll work closely with the CEO, providing strategic financial guidance.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): You'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.
- Capital Management: You'll be responsible for optimizing capital allocation, managing cash flow, and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Investor Relations
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): If the company pursues acquisitions or partnerships, you'll lead the financial due diligence process and contribute to successful integrations.
