The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, providing a wide range of services including buying, selling, renting, and managing properties.
The Role:
As a Lettings Manager, you will build and maintain strong partnerships with agents to ensure timely letting of all vacant properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly analysis and reporting.
- Handle apartment lettings and block management compliance.
- Address occupier issues effectively and appropriately.
- Create purchase orders, cheque requests, and credit notes.
- Manage credit control and rent collection processes.
- Coordinate with accounts regarding payments and receipts.
- Log and manage all maintenance issues, arranging necessary repairs and services.
- Expanding and enhancing lettings business.
- Engage in aftersales interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience for at least 2 years in lettings management or in a similar field.
- Experience and knowledge of service charge management.
- Strong understanding of property maintenance and management of both in-house and third-party contractors.
- Capability to handle unforeseen issues and ad hoc problems.
