Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Play a pivotal role in leading and managing Elysium's in-house recruitment and on-boarding teams while driving the delivery of the recruitment strategy as the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.

Serving as a primary point of contact for internal departments across the company, you will ensure staffing requirements are efficiently and effectively met as you build and maintain robust relationships with key internal stakeholders.

As an experienced senior talent acquisition manager with a solid track record of successfully leading teams and delivering operational improvements, you will improve how we bring new people on board, ensure our processes are efficient and effective, and ensure that talent acquisition and on-boarding strategies effectively support and are adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation.

What you will be doing

You will act as the primary deputy for the Head of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, stepping in to make strategic decisions and maintain continuity in leadership during their absence.

Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support with overseeing the talent acquisition team and be responsible for implementing key initiatives, including the identification and prioritisation of critical areas and hotspots, and ensuring that action plans and key deliverables are met.

Your deep understanding of international and sponsored markets within healthcare, will enable you to make informed strategic decisions that support Elysium's mission.

While your leadership will play a big part in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as contributing to the overall success and reputation of Elysium Healthcare.

By balancing these responsibilities, you'll help us continuously improve, build a strong team, and make sure our recruitment efforts are perfectly in tune with our big-picture goals.

This is a hybrid role where you will be based at our Luton Recruitment Hub with some home working.

As the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you will be:

  • Continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement within the talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
  • Adopting and integrating best practices and technological advancements to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and the candidate experience.
  • Evaluating current processes and systems, recommending changes to streamline operations and improve the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for internal departments, ensuring their staffing requirements are efficiently and effectively met.
  • Overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of recruitment and on-boarding data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and practices.
  • Providing insightful, regular reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and On-boarding and senior management.
  • Making data-driven recommendations for strategic adjustments and enhancements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience managing a high-performing recruitment team preferably within a healthcare setting (Nursing/Medical recruitment background desirable)
  • Experience formulating campaigns and managing external recruitment
  • Experience processing high volumes of applicants within strict guidelines
  • Experience working with diverse external stakeholder groups
  • Experience interacting across multiple client sites
  • Experience working to challenging SLA's and KPI's
  • Producing and interpreting complex data
  • Working with HR Systems
