We are looking for an individual who has gained previous Financial Services experience to join our client, where you will work as a Client Support Administrator, based in Reigate.
Joining this small and friendly team you will be providing administrative support as well as working closely with the Client Support Team to ensure a seamless experience for all.
A background in Financial Services is essential, and a strong knowledge of financial products.
Details & benefits:
- £25,000 to £30,0000 per annum
- Hours are 9:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (office based)
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role:
- Support Financial Advisors by providing full administrative support to clients
- Assist in client meetings, appointment scheduling
- Confidently liaise with providers and other third parties to obtain financial information on behalf of clients.
- Assisting with projects as they come up.
- Work with Financial Advisors and Client Operations managers to ensure effective operational organisation of the team.
- Using initiative to manage your workflow, tasks, and achieving outcomes agreed with your supervisor.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Relevant pensions administration experience is advantageous.
