About the Role:
As their new Laser Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining their exceptional business standards and contributing to their continuing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide laser treatments such as tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, hair removal, and fat reduction.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment bookings
- Advise clients on suitable treatments and products
- Ensure treatment areas are always clean and professional
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell treatments
- Meet weekly and monthly targets
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laser hair removal.
- Should have NVQ Level 4 in Beauty.
- Experience in Cryo Freezing and Cavitation
- Strong Sales Experience (essential)
- Able to work toward & exceed Targets (essential)
- Good communication skills
- The ability to build great client relationships
- Smart and professional in appearance
- Willing to travel
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Experience in providing a wide range of beauty services.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
