Are you a qualified Management Accountant seeking a new challenge? My client is looking for an analytical and strategic thinker to join its finance team.
Your Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in financial decision-making, providing key management reporting, insights, and analysis to support our business objectives. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as improving financial controls and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost efficiencies and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to long-term financial planning.
We're Looking For:
- A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in management accounting within a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
