Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and closing sales. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is persuasive, enjoys talking to people, and is driven by targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of our products/services.
- Answer customer queries and provide detailed information.
- Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
