Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an engaging Teaching Assistant to join a large primary school in North Sheffield.

Your Role: As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting students across KS1. The role will be providing phonics support on a 121 and small group basis, in addition to support within the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support and small group support for phonics.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting the social and emotional development of students.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Requirements:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above desirable.
- Prior experience delivering phonics support.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
