An opportunity has arisen at a chambers ranked, well reputed law firm in Reading as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-2 years' PQE). In this role, you will handle diverse commercial disputes, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
- This will include large corporate disputes and L&T disputes
- Conduct legal research and analyse complex issues
- Draft legal documents and court pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff
- Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Law degree and completed SRA training contract
- 0-3 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong understanding of commercial law and procedures
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
