Working for a well known Higher Education establishment in Bradford, you will be providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Your new role
Key duties include:
- Administration support to senior members of staff
- Taking notes/minutes in senior meetings
- Front of house reception cover when required
- Updating student record information
- Providing Administrative support to various ongoing projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- You must be proficient with Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of Diary management & taking minutes in meetings
