Working for a well known Higher Education establishment in Bradford, you will be providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.
Your new role
Key duties include:

  • Administration support to senior members of staff
  • Taking notes/minutes in senior meetings
  • Front of house reception cover when required
  • Updating student record information
  • Providing Administrative support to various ongoing projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous Administration experience is essential
  • You must be proficient with Microsoft office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of Diary management & taking minutes in meetings
