Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
- Manage commercial development projects.
- Oversee commercial refinances, including portfolio refinances.
- Conduct sales and purchases of businesses.
- Manage land development projects.
- Handle ancillary property work such as planning and forfeiture.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities.
The Idea Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in commercial property law.
- Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
- Outstanding communication skills.
