The Role

  • Maintaining client files and ensuring they are up to date
  • Processing applications and issuing of documents
  • Ensuring accuracy and giving technical support to IFA end clients
  • Adhering to compliance policies
  • Liaising with clients by phone and email
  • Assisting with preparing client reviews

Requirements

  • Previous IFA Administrator experience
  • Thorough knowledge of administration processes
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
