What you do:

  • Provide pupils with excellent instruction and learning opportunities.
  • Evaluation of student's progress, comments, and documentation of observations in compliance with school regulations.
  • Coordinating with parents and carers regarding their child's progress and taking part in departmental meetings, parent nights, and school-wide training programmes
  • Respect the school's core values and keep the classroom environment polite and safe.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must have.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on update service (or be willing to get one).
  • Must provide 2 professional references.
  • Should have several years of experience as a teacher.
  • Thorough knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods appropriate for the student's age.
  • Outstanding classroom management abilities as well as the capacity to captivate and motivate younger students.
  • To work well with students, staff, and parents, one needs strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The capacity to organise and conduct innovative, differentiated classes that meet the various needs of the pupils.
  • Appropriate evaluation and documentation techniques to monitor student's advancement.
