Job Title: Sales Admin Supervisor Job Type: 12-month contract Salary: £32,000- £34,000 per annum Location: Northfleet Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 7am- 4pm Hybrid: Flexible but Saturday in the office

Outline:

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic company as they are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processor Supervisor to join their team in Northfleet to work Tuesday to Saturday for a 12 month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an efficient and effective sales administrative service, both internally and externally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, then this opportunity is perfect for you

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is correctly recorded in the accounting system
  • Work with the Commercial Sales Team, Procurement Team, Production Planning, Despatch, and Finance to effectively communicate sales volumes and relevant operational information
  • Managing a small team of 2/3 people
  • Review and process customer orders as well as manually entering orders
  • Confirm despatch volumes to ensure accurate delivery documentation
  • Analyse and record customer rejections, delivery shortages, and discrepancies, providing insights using Excel
  • Liaise with customers to source proof of delivery documentation (PODs) when required
  • Amend orders in a timely manner and advise relevant teams of any updates

Requirements:

  • Previous Admin/ Customer Service experience
  • Experience in a Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader position
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyse and record data- pivot tables, formulas, V Look Ups
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
