Description
- Assisting with preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Compiling and analysing financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
- Performing day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities.
- Working on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Supporting the finance team in creating budgets and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with organisational financial policies and regulations.
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to enhance financial procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Experience using Sage
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Great organisation skills
