Job Title: Production Operative
Job Type: Temporary - ongoing
Pay rate: GBP13.99 - 17.85
Location: Bournville, B30 2HP
Shifts: 12 hours
Timings: Days - 7am-7pm & Nights: 7pm-7am
Start Date: ASAP
Job overview:
Undertake operational tasks as required, running equipment safely and in accordance with instructions and guidelines
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the packing of all food products (chocolates)
- Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
- Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety
- Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene
- Working to business KPI's
Qualifications:
- Food Safety Level 2 accreditation trained
- Previous experience in food production is an advantage
- Must be flexible with both shifts
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels.
